Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started dancing hula and ballet when I was just three years old, and what began as a childhood love of dance eventually grew into a lifelong passion for movement, performance, and creative expression.
My background is rooted in ballet and competitive dance. After studying ballet at the University of Utah, I found my way into the world of circus and flow arts, eventually turning my passion for movement into a professional career. Today, I’m based in Las Vegas, where I perform for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale arena productions.
While performing will always be a huge part of who I am, I’ve come to realize that what I love most about movement is not simply what the body can do, but how it can make us feel. Movement has given me a way to connect with myself, work through fear, and express parts of myself that words sometimes can’t.
That’s what inspires me to teach.
Through my workshops and movement-based offerings, I want to create spaces where people feel comfortable stepping outside of perfectionism and exploring movement in a way that feels authentic to them. You don’t have to be a professional dancer or learn the most difficult tricks to be a captivating mover. I believe technical skill is a tool, but true expression comes from learning how to use that tool as an extension of yourself.
Whether I’m performing on stage or helping someone discover a new way of moving, my intention is the same: to help people feel more comfortable being fully themselves through movement.
